1) Download the widget here

2) Unzip the file to get the .mulib file, the samples.muse file and a set of custom icons designed by MuseGain team

3) Install now the Audio Player widget:

• Double click on the .mulib file

• Go to the Library Panel in Adobe Muse and open the folder called "Musegain - Absolute Muse - Audio Player".

How to use the Audio Player widget

You will find three widgets in the "Musegain - Absolute Muse Audio Player" folder: the Audio Player Elements, the Player Wrapper and the Playlist wrapper. Drag&drop the Audio Player Elements widget onto the canvas to get a ready to use player, as in the image below.

As you can see in the image, each element in the player is fully customizable. You can place the elements as you wish to create the skin that best suites your needs. Note that you need to use the Player Wrapper if you want more then one player in the same page. If you wanna create a Playlist without any player (like the one in this sample) you need to use the Playlist Wrapper. If you want create a Playlist with a synchronized Player (like the one in this sample) you have to use both the player and the playlist wrapper.

Go to the Absolute Muse Audio Player Widget to set the autoplay or loop option. Note that you have to insert this widget only once on the page where you wanna add one or more audio player.

How to add the audio file

You can upload the MP3 file from the Waveform widget menu. From this widget you can choose the style of your bar from three different ones: Waveform, bar and progress bar. You can customize color and size as you want.

You can choose either preset or custom icons. Browse the FontAwesome or the Ionicons library or design your own icons to use them from the Custom Image option.

How to create multiple players

You can easily create multiple players on the same page using the Player Wrapper widget. You only need to drag and drop the Player Wrapper widget onto the canvas and insert the elements inside the "State Button" area. You need to insert as many Player Wrapper widgets as the players you wanna add. Note that you have to insert the Absolute Muse Audio Player widget only once on the page you want to add multiple players to.

How to create a playlist

You can easily create a Playlist with this widget. Just drag and drop the Playlist Wrapper widget onto the canvas and insert the player elements into the accordion as in the image below. Note that you have to insert the Absolute Muse Audio Player widget only once on the page where you want to create the playlist.

How to create a playlist with dynamic player

To create a playlist with the information being dynamically synchronized with a player you have to use the Player Wrapper widget for the player elements and the Playlist Wrapper widget to design your playlist as the image below. Note that you have to insert the Absolute Muse Audio Player widget only once on the page where you want to create the playlist with player.

You can use the "State Button" widget from Adobe Muse to create different states for the different elements of your video player. From the object >widget menu, just drag onto the “State Button” area.

How to use the icons with the "State Button"

You can easily change the background color from the “Fill” menu.

You can set different states for each element that is within a state button.
